Sunset, also known as Ms. Hustle in High Heels, is a business strategist and educator who has helped hundreds of individuals transform their mindset around branding, growth, and leadership. As a Haitian immigrant who once encountered misleading opportunities, she took control of her path and now empowers others to build purpose-driven businesses. Through her free weekly masterclasses and mentorship program, she teaches core principles of marketing, entrepreneurship, and personal development—helping aspiring business owners take bold steps toward success.

Carrington began his journey at just 17, supporting his first client in overcoming early business obstacles. By 18, he had already developed strong habits in leadership and was excelling in high-performance sales roles. At 19, he co-invested in real estate with his mother, a milestone achievement for their family after years of renting since immigrating from Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Now, at 27, Carrington has spent over a decade helping others gain clarity and confidence in business strategy, branding, and audience building. A core mission of his work is to uplift Black women entrepreneurs, who make up 80% of his clientele. In the past 90 days alone, he’s supported over 50 Black women in sharpening their business skills and launching impactful brands.
